It is now 17th of July. You promised everything would be shipped by the 15th LATEST. Yet another promise broken. This is beyond unbelievable right now...you should ashamed of how you're handling your business. The lack of care and commitment to your customers is shocking. You've caused an undeniable amount of stress and inconvenience for people who chose to buy from you, including myself.

Please don't reply and tell me that there is still a delay and for us to 'wait a moment'. It has been 4 months now. 

I also will not be paying extra for EMS shipping. You promised DHL shipping, so that is on you. And the fact, we've been waiting so long for these albums without a proper honest explanation, the least you can do is cover for extra costs due to your incompetency. 

So sick of waiting, lies and broken promises. If you really care, you should be giving some form of compensation for your customers who have been so patient till now.
