Ngl, I was kind of scared to order from this site after reading all the negative reviews, but hence the album I wanted was a collectors item that I couldn't find anywhere else anymore (except on eBay for €200+ Sadge) I decided to just go for it. I have to say I was expecting the worst, but OTK handled everything concerning my order quite professionally. They replied to my inquiries and sent me my photobook well packaged and wrapped. There was some delay on my order but as I live in Europe I was already expecting a rather long shipping time anyway. I understand that a lot of people have been very angry with this seller for the delays and bad communication. In no way do I mean to invalidate their feelings. I just wanted to share my positive experience to give hope to those who are still waiting for their albums or still consider ordering something from here. The people who run OTK Music are no monsters, they made some mistakes and are doing their best to fix them now. I've also ran an online store in the past and it's tough when you only have a small team. Shipping delays are just pretty much inevitable, and while I do agree that they could have probably thought this out better, I don't think they should be villainized like this. I hope everyone's albums arrive soon and wish you all the best.

    Spam Insensitive to defend them without knowing the full story of what happened with other customers who are angry. It's not just delay, they literally now cancelling the orders one sidedly after customers willing to wait for months and they have broken their promise to send the albums 15 July at the latest. What kind of hope should we have left when OTK Music is the one who told us to cancel the order now? you tell me!

    OTK Music haven't sent albums to so many customers and it has been delayed for more than 3 months. They didn't even bother to update personally to customer about the delay unless we sent them email and posted here in website. Some even didn't get any respond. Many customers needed to ask for Korea Consumer Union's help so we can get answer from OTK Music. Then they made a promise to send all the albums at the latest 15 July. They said before the reason of delay was the delivery system. But now they told customers that they didn't even have the albums in the first place. WHAT KIND OF BS IS THIS?

    It's not about having small team or big team in runing a business. You need to have professionality, integrity, honesty, and good communciation with your customers. They literally told many lies to customers who were willing to wait for months. So please before you made any comment like this, try to research the full story first. We have enough stress dealing with OTK Music, we don't need to read some stranger comment who didn't know our full cases and stories, invalidated our feelings and made it seem that we tried to vilify OTK Music. I am so tired and hurt reading this.

    Here are the list of lies they told us since the beginning to open your eyes.

    1. "OTK Music's albums sales are applied in real time to Hanteo Chart": how on earth they could be applied real time when in reality they didn't even have our albums orders yet? they blatantly told us now the albums are not in stock yet? who believe this bs? there are many stocks left online and offline, we are not stupid.

    2. "Quick shipping by DHL, all overseas shipping is done by DHL using DHL rate": BS! they told very few customers who received tracking number (most are fake tracking number btw) they changed it to EMS because DHL system has problem. I checked to DHL customer service, they didn't have problem. I ordered other stufss from other korea online store and I received the items in my country so fast less than a week.

    3. Fake tracking numbers: very few customers received shipping tracking numbers but in reality the shipment did not move for months and eventually OTK cancelled the orders.

    4. "We will process shipping and refund for unprocessed items by July 15, 2021" (they literally wrote this promise in handwritten letter to Consumer Union of Incheon): ALL ARE LIES obviouly with how things have turned now.

    so please be sensitive and have some empathy..
