it has been over three months now and i have not received my albums?????? does that make sense??????
i have emailed "customer service" and asked for a delivery proof, A SIGNED DELIVERY PROOf and i get told that the warehouse you were delivering to is near so an otk staff delivered it personally???? i expect this to be solved soon because the warehouse can't find any information on the order and the tracking number in the order page doesn't work???? how am i suppose to track my shipment?????
the same albums i ordered from other websites didn't even take a MONTH TO ARRIVE???? how does it make sense that yours is confusing??? and no clear communication regarding the delivery???
i expect this to be solved or offer a refund, please, this is unbelievable.
