I would like to share a method with you. If you bought albums via paypal, you can go to the record of PayPal transactions to appeal that the seller didn’t send the product. Also, PayPal will notify otk music! If they still ignore the message , you can get a refund. Even if you don’t want a refund and want to receive the album, you can press them for dealing with these problems through this way. Good evening OTK music, I am writing again because you are not responding to my emails and in the discusion board on the page began to respond but again it is the same for everyone, I am very tired of this attitude on your part.If I do not receive a coherent response and with the tracking number of my order I will have to initiate a dispute in PayPal, it really saddens me to have to do that, but I thought you were a serious company. Hello,Leaving another review for this company because:1. I've sent at least 10 emails within the last month to OTK's customer service, but no one has gotten back to me regarding my order.2. I placed my orders for Astro's albums in March and we've now entered mid-June, still no signs of my albums.3. Other people that have bought albums from other artists are experiencing the same problem.I've never been as frustrated with a company before until OTK. Some of us gave A LOT of money to your company. Money where we could've spent for other website, but we chose your website.With no clarifications or whatsoever regarding any of our orders, it's really upsetting as a customer and I am honestly disappointed with how OTK is handling this entire situation.When I first bought my albums, I thought I was going to receive them within 2 weeks maximum or even a month.. and even that, was already such a delay. Especially with how you stated in your website BOLDLY that you will be shipping our orders with DHL. Well, it's been 3 months and I don't see my albums anywhere.I wouldn't be as upset as I am right now if OTK could reply to my emails or give me an actual date as to when will my albums be shipped out, but NOPE. No replies. NOTHING.You were the first website that opened the pre-order for Astro's albums, and you're the LAST WEBSITE that has still yet to send out our albums. I've ordered from multiple websites and received everything within a week or two weeks MAXIMUM. OTK.. What are you doing? I'm genuinely confused as what is taking you so long.I understand with the pandemic, there are delays, but 3 months without any explanations or updates is ridiculous. Truly upsetting. Please do better as a company if you want to keep all of us as your customers. Either ship our orders right now or just refund us all because at this point, we're tired of waiting. Thanks.
I've been waiting for the album for 2.5 months now. It seems to me to be a little too excessive as a time frame. I have written 2 e-mails this week, one on 5 June and one today and have not yet received a reply; If they don't answer me by this week I'm sorry, but I'm going to proceed with the request for a refund because I paid them the price of the album and therefore, I don't want to, I want to receive what I'm owed.
When will you ship? It's been 3 months already.
