When the albums were eventually dispatched, I was given a DHL tracking number, however after checking the tracking number and seeing no movement on the parcel for a week I checked on your website and the tracking number had been changed to EMS.
When the parcel had turned up, the box was torn, several of the albums were dented and the pre-order benefits were damaged. The albums were poorly packaged in the box with not enough bubble wrap and allowed to rattle around, which clearly caused most of the damage.
