I was order 20210323-0002514, and my last e-mail from you was on June 21 where you promised my albums would arrive to me no later than July 11. I e-mailed July 12 saying that no albums were delivered and asked for an accurate tracking and ETA. 

I heard nothing back for a week and now on July 20 I receive an e-mail that my cancellation is being processed? I did not cancel my order! I still want my albums, I just want to know when I will get them. You promised July 11, but that was not true. Now my entire order gets canceled? This is crazy... I am so unbelievably disappointed. It has been 3 1/2 months of waiting and now I have to tell all of my friends they will not get their albums?

This was not what I wanted. I have tried to be patient but I am so deeply upset at this point. I did not want a refund, I wanted my albums.
