Hello, I've seen your side stopped replying to inquiries and messages from buyers. Please, if only there's a clear update from your side on what's going on and why our albums are still being on hold from being shipped when it's been almost two months we wouldn't have been so desperate like this. We used our hard-earned money to buy and participate in your event, because we trusted you. Don't turn that trust into hatred (tadbit too late for this, I must admit).
Also we've also known that there's been ongoing strike on postal offices in Korea. In some of your replies, you said you're going to use EMS instead when we paid so much for DHL service. Please stick to your original statement and don't cheat customer like this. I helped a friend ordering albums from Aladin which was released yesterday and they're already being shipped. On DHL.
Please, I would like to still have a bit of trust to your side and I trust you will solve this as soon as possible. Don't hold on to our precious albums for too long.
