Hello, it’s been over two months since the album has been released and my order status is still in “before shipment” status. I bought multiples of the same album which was not cheap. If my albums will not be shipping I want to cancel my order and get a full refund. This is ridiculous that not even a single update about the shipping was ever given and looking at the message board I am not the only one who has not received their order. If there’s an issue in the shipping I would expect at least some sort of communication. I think I have patiently waited long enough for a response.
