I saw you started replying to buyers' inquiries so just trying my luck here. Is your statement of 'arranging the shipment' and 'changing from DHL to EMS' includes Nu'est albums? Because it's been more than a month and ofc far more than 14 working days as promised do please please do so. We paid so much for our albums, it's only right for your side to take proper actions. Also DHL fee costed us a whole lot more than EMS, not the same so please correct your statement.
