Hello OTK,

This is my 3rd time writing to you. I have sent emails but never got a response. I need my albums to be shipped as soon as possible. I have been waiting for almost 4 months now. This is ridiculous because the customer service is the worst I have seen. I would like my orders to be shipped soon without anymore delay. 

I would be writing a negative review about you all in Google search and others.
