we are tired of your lies and excuses. we demand to know when you plan on shipping our albums. It has been 2 months since we have purchased the pre order the first press of astro all yours album with preorder benefits. you have failed to take accountability for the issues you are causing to hundreds of fans. Many of these people have purchased dozens of albums and therefore, have dozens of angry people contacting them daily wondering where the hell their albums are. You have caused undue stress to many of your customers because of this and i hope you know that you have lost so many customers because of your poor service standards and failure to communicate with your customers. please know that you will never get my business again. i am disgusted. fix this now.
