Your company has failed to update customers on your site for months. International customers who have purchased the latest Astro, Ateez, Jisung, Nu’est, and NCT Dream albums are unable to get any response from anyone in customer service. I am just one of many people who have been effected by this. It is absolutely appalling to see that you have so little consideration for your customer that your company cannot reply to any messages, and the few messages you people do reply to are a copy and pasted trash answer saying that our invoice numbers will be updated “after today”. When is after today? Is it tomorrow? Is it 10 years from now. Be honest and transparent. If you guys have not purchased enough albums to sell to your customers then just say so. Quit avoiding your customers. Make a statement. 1,000s of albums multiplied by $20+ usd a piece is going to really hurt if we all decide to demand refunds. YOU REALLY DONT WANT TO HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS???? NO ONE WILL EVER TRUST YOU AGAIN AFTER THIS. MAKE A STATEMENT. IT’S BEEN 2 MONTHS. QUIT PLAYING WITH OUR MONEY
